Terms and Conditions

By making a donation, registering for an event, or otherwise participating in activities that support the LDAA Scholarship Fund, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Donations

  • All donations made to the LDAA Scholarship Fund are voluntary and will be used to support scholarships and related educational initiatives, unless otherwise designated by the donor and accepted by LDAA.
  • Donations are generally non-refundable. Requests for refunds due to processing errors must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction date and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Donors are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and current.

Scholarship Golf Tournament Registration

  • Registration for the LDAA Scholarship Golf Tournament is subject to availability.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by LDAA.
  • If the tournament is postponed due to weather or circumstances beyond LDAA’s control, registrations may be transferred to the rescheduled event or handled in accordance with LDAA’s event policies.
  • Participants assume responsibility for their own health and safety during the event.

Sponsorships

  • Sponsorships are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
  • Sponsors agree to provide any required logos, artwork, or promotional materials by the published deadlines to ensure inclusion in event marketing and recognition materials.
  • LDAA reserves the right to determine the placement and presentation of sponsor recognition based on the sponsorship level and available promotional opportunities.

Tax Information

  • The LDAA Scholarship Fund will provide a donation acknowledgment for contributions as required by applicable law.
  • Donors should consult their tax advisor regarding the deductibility of charitable contributions.

Photography and Media Release

By participating in LDAA-sponsored events, you grant LDAA permission to photograph, record, and use your name, image, voice, and likeness in print, digital, social media, and other promotional materials without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability

LDAA, its officers, directors, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from participation in LDAA-sponsored events, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Privacy

LDAA respects your privacy. Personal information collected through donations, registrations, and sponsorships will be used solely for processing transactions, communicating with participants and donors, maintaining organizational records, and supporting the mission of the LDAA Scholarship Fund. LDAA does not sell or knowingly share personal information with third parties except as necessary to process payments, comply with legal obligations, or conduct official LDAA business.

Changes to These Terms

LDAA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will become effective upon posting on the official LDAA website or event registration platform.
