Loudoun Douglass High School Alumni Association is a non-profit corporation, exempt from federal income tax under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The purpose of the golf tournament is to assist high school students and college students with scholarships.

All donations to LDAA are tax deductible and go toward student scholarships.
